satisfactory stay, but needs work

cute staff helpful staff fair food poor appearance tired interior serious money
the staff was very cute. they were helpful too. i found the food was fairly priced, a good thing. the town got much to offer with good walks nearby.
the overall appearance upon arriving was poor. i think the hotel need some serious money spent on its exterior. inside was also looking a little tired. it needs an injection of finance for sure.

helpful staff scottish breakfast excellent food great location
i found the location great for exploring. the restaurant served excellent food. staff members were consistently friendly and helpful. breakfast was very good with a full scottish option included which i always enjoy!
the exterior looks a bit worn, needing some updates.

The staff was cute. The scottish breakfast offered tasty options. the room offered a desk and shelving. the setting included off-road private parking.
the hotel exterior needs attention, there is some delayed maintenance.

I was so pleased with the large size of my room. I could really spread out! the breakfast was also super delicious. i loved the variety of options.
the hotel definitely shows its age, some areas could use some love. the bathroom felt a bit cramped, like the sink was tiny.

a super experience!

excellent team secure parking
the team was excellent and the food, wow, amazing! the location is convenient, really convenient for the a1. as a solo traveller, i felt safe, and the secure parking gave real peace of mind.
the hotel looks rundown on the outside. the building needs some tlc. i was disappointed that the photos online did not match reality.

towel service pleasant staff
The room was clean with daily towel service. the staff was always smiling and helpful. I found them very pleasant to deal with. i especially appreciated the plants in the outdoor area that added to the experience.
i found no comfortable lounge television area, which i missed. the absence of this space limited options for relaxation outside of the room.
