The room was spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful, a real plus. The location had a great view. The shower was amazing.

attentive staff spacious room modern bathroom
the staff were very attentive. i really liked the spacious room and the modern bathroom with a good shower. the breakfast was decent too! it had a good selection of items.
There was a real lack of signage. I got lost trying to find my room. some signs directing to the rooms would be helpful, especially to guide back to the bar.

the room was clean, acceptable.
The signage was unbelievably poor. I got lost trying to find my room. then, there was no hot water in the morning, i couldn't shower before check out. it was frustrating!!!

i liked the spacious room a superior double or twin room i remember. the walk-in shower had extra large fluffy white bathroom towels.
dinner options were terrible so we ate elsewhere. the location is great but it is not ran well.

lovely stay with amazing views

fabulous room clean accommodation fluffy towels
my room was fabulous and the views were gorgeous. i particularly enjoyed the spacious and clean accommodation. the fresh breakfast was delicious. the extra large white fluffy bathroom towels were a treat, and the walk in shower really impressed me.
I noticed a real lack of signage. It wasn't clear where to enter, and directions to the rooms were missing. it made navigating a bit confusing initially.

A Satisfactory Stay

helpful staff delicious food poor signage missing receptionist
The breakfast was good with a lot of choices. The food tasted delicious. I enjoyed the views over the golf courses and the Firth of Forth. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
There was not enough signage. I had difficulty finding my way back to the bar. I found no one at reception when I arrived and I had to ask at the bar for the room key.
