gondola station spacious room
the hotel's location is a major plus, particularly close to the gondola station. the room was spacious enough for equipment, a detail i value. the shower was powerful and clean, important after a day outdoors.
i found the absence of on-site dining inconvenient one evening. the closing times for the restaurant seemed uncertain. this was a minor hiccup in an otherwise positive experience.

thin walls cheap pillows
the room was clean and provided enough space for my bags.
The bed was too small. The pillows felt cheap. i could hear doors banging through the thin walls. residents and cleaners in the hallway made it difficult to sleep in the morning.

The staff offered lots of useful information, which I appreciated. I found a great shower and the toiletries were a real highlight with shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and moisturiser provided. All toiletries were of fantastic quality. It was good to see they were locally made.
