helpful staff bus stop tasty breakfast great selection
the reception staff kindly stored my bags before check-in. a bus stop to nevis range is situated right in front of the building. breakfast had good choices, and tasted great (i enjoyed the selection!). the staff was really good and always ready to help.
the hallways had a slightly confusing layout with some skinny stairways.

Acceptable, but with some issues

busy road broken thermostat
The breakfast was nice, with a good selection of items available.
The room faced a busy road, so it was NOISY with the window open. The bathroom was old. The shower thermostat was broken. The water was either scalding hot or cold, and there was no comfortable middle ground. I wouldn't stay here again.

lovely breakfast friendly staff super clean rooms small room no chill place poor service
the restaurant provided lovely breakfast. staff were very friendly. the room were super clean and modern. free parking was available and i did not have to pay to put my car elsewhere.
the room was small and toasty. i don't want to leave the window open for the midgies to come in. there wasn't a decent place to chill. going up to the bar to get hot water and a teabag on a string is not a 4star hotel.
