Adequate stay near public transport

clean room comfortable bed convenient transport thin walls poor shower bad drainage
My room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The hotel is close to bus stops. I found several cafes and restaurants nearby.
I could hear other guests. The walls seemed thin. The shower wasn't the best. The drainage was not very good.

fantastic leith stay!

great price perfect location short walk amazing views
The price was very nice. I was actually surprised. the location in leith is perfect. a short walk got me to the tram for quick trips to the city center. i woke up each morning to amazing views.
the carpets showed some wear and tear. but the hotel is in great condition overall.

friendly staff huge room comfortable bed refreshing view
The staff was friendly and chatty. Our room was huge. We weren't expecting that. The bed was comfortable! The view out to the dog park was refreshing. I enjoyed it. The whole building has its own charm. I would definitely book here again.
The shower head did not attach properly. I had to handhold it to use it.

a decent stay.

helpful staff free parking worn carpet drain smell
i found the hotel to be quite clean. the staff were helpful and cute when i arrived. it was nice to have free parking available right outside the hotel during the weekend, it made things easier.
the carpet on the stairs looked quite worn. the decor throughout the hotel seemed generally tatty to me. i also noticed a drain smell in the bathroom whenever i opened the door, which wasn't great.
