The location was acceptable. Tourist spots were within walking distance.

the carpet was dirty. i noticed food stains and hair from previous guests. also, there was hair in the bathroom, which i found unhygienic.

Excellent Stay near the Royal Mile!

The hotel's location is fantastic. It is very close to the Royal Mile. I could easily explore attractions like Edinburgh Castle. The breakfast offered a good selection of items. They also stored my luggage before check-in, which I greatly appreciated.

The room temperature was a bit too high. It was difficult to lower it below 19 degrees Celsius.

Staff were friendly at the reception desk. The location was near the Royal Mile.

The room had a faulty light. It blink all night, keeping me awake. I requested a fix, but maintenance did not address it.

eating suggestions convenience store running trail

the staff was very helpful.. i even got several maps with eating suggestions. the hotel is located across from a mini convenience store. i found an amazing running trail only five blocks away.

the english breakfast buffet seemed average i noticed it did not vary much from day to day.
