helpful staff spacious room warm room spa facility
The room was immaculate and very spacious. Staff are real helpful. Nothing was too much for them. Reception to bar staff and housekeeping all where great.
The spa facility was not up to my expectations and I did called back. It felt they didn't listen to how I felt. The room was to warm.

ample space comfortable bed hot chocolate nice environment
i was charmed by the accessible room beautiful double. the big room provided ample space and a nice environment. a comfortable bed was perfect for a good night sleep. i found table and chairs near the window lovely for sipping tea and hot chocolate were provided.
i found the bin in the bathroom labeled 'no sharps', a detail that was a small surprise.

the hotel location offers easy access, with convenient parking spaces available . its situation is really good for concert access. proximity to local amenities adds extra convenience.

the restaurant has a selection of foods, and prices are reasonable. breakfast included a nice spread. staff were always eager to help. this created a pleasant dining.

disappointing breakfast service and hidden charges
poor breakfast hidden charges
the room was spacious and lovely, definitely a plus.
The breakfast service was quite poor. There was hardly any buffet selection, with only a few dried-up pastries available. moreover, on the day of checkout, i was nearly charged for two breakfasts each day, even though my husband only had breakfast one morning because he was attending to wedding duties. the receptionist explained that they charge for breakfast 'per room', which did not make sense, and it reminded me of they wanted me to pay for a meal we never had.
