The team members were very cheery and helpful. the bathroom was one of the smartest i have ever seen. It had super clean towels and bed linen. the bed was also comfortable. i also liked the location. It.
The bar staff could use more training. I noticed it.

tired room faulty remote
I must admit, i left feeling slightly underwhelmed. the room (i had a double guest room) felt a bit tired, it lacked a certain freshness. the television remote didn't work. I had to call down to reception for assistance (i am aware this might sound a bit spoiled).

The bed was comfortable. I got a full-size bathtub! the staff were helpful. breakfast included a good choice of options. parking was available. This was convenient.

The facade of this hotel promised something much grander. the reception area had a very unfortunate odour. the room was dark and peculiarly arranged. The carpet was threadbare.

the location was really central, convenient for getting around.
The room was not great. i found torn curtains and stains on the bed frame. the mattress felt very firm. It was quite uncomfortable during the night. i would not stay again.

the room was super clean and modern! i found the amenities were all in top condition. breakfast was great, a full scottish cooked to order and a continental buffet was available. it was great value for money!!!
the hotel could use a few minor updates.
