friendly staff great location bus stop
The reception staff was friendly and helpful. the location was great. I could walk to the castle. a hop-on hop-off bus stop was just a few steps from the hotel!

the hotel is conveniently located near st james's centre. prince's street is also immediately adjacent. the location was really convenient, as the bus and tram system appears perfect for most people's needs.

dark room poor decor
the location was really central. it was near the railway station. the staff were helpful (which is always a bonus).
the room was too dark. the main ceiling lights did not work. i noted upon arrival that i didn't want a lower bedroom, but i received a room below reception (i suppose they have their reasons). the room decor was poor.
