the location worked great. it saved me much time on commuting. many visiting sites are close by and walkable. the place is very convenient for sightseeing.
the room felt a little poor for the money i spent. it had a frosted window with no view and no natural sunlight. i got an option to upgrade, but it was too late.

surly staff misleading advertising
The staff seemed annoyed whenever i asked for something. Their attitude really put me off. the room size was also a major issue. it was advertised as spacious. It felt more like a closet. and the promised monument view? i really think the advertising was misleading.

tiny room non-working phone
The location was acceptable, I suppose.
The room I got was tiny. One could barely move around in it. I also didn't appreciate that the phone in the room did not work. This made contacting reception for, you know, anything quite a chore.
