a special stay

attentive waitress excellent wine helpful staff
julia's service during lunch stood out she was friendly. the menu featured excellent wines with a great choice of dishes. the location offered parking near the town center plus views of the seashore and i found the staff pleasant and helpful.
the room's condition was poor a repaired door was incomplete. the sliding mirror doors on the wardrobe stuck we got another room

the full scottish breakfast was available every day i found it very tasty. the whiskey selection at dinner included local brands that were very refined and complemented the meals.

lovely breakfast cute staff small room broken blinds
the breakfast was lovely and the staff were very cute. all facilities were clean and tidy. i enjoyed my golf trip with my son.
i booked a superior room. room 202 was small. the blinds were broken and did not keep the light out. there was clothing in the wardrobe. i tried to contact the hotel several times but have not had a reply.

good escape!

sea view huge bed
The location is fine, right by the golf course with a fantastic view of the sea, i just loved it. The room was very nice and neat, with a huge bed. The breakfast buffet provided an amazing selection, served in a bright conservatory, such a positive experience.

a lovely place by the sea

cared staff warm porridge
every staff member. the breakfast porridge tasted divine, such a warm morning treat. the location felt idyllic, perfect for a romantic walk to beach after dinner.
i noticed some stained window sills in restaurant. they distracted slightly from my view of sea. i hope they address that issue soon.

just meh, I guess

the breakfast WAS good with many choices.
The room i stayed in, a superior KING or twin guest room, was like it needed some attention. The decor looked QUITE tired and dated, I think.

A fair visit

special effort friendly lady broken blinds no reply
The location overlooks the golf course. It was a short walk to the beach. The staff made an extra special effort (i was very impressed!). The lady serving breakfast was lovely and friendly.
I booked a superior room. The blinds were broken and didn't keep the light out. There was clothing in the wardrobe (this was really not good). I tried to contact the hotel several times, but I have not had a reply.
