Borgie Lodge Hotel is located in the River Borgie Glen, offering proximity to Torrisdale beach, just under a mile away, featuring a mile and a half of golden sands. kind staff quiet room tasty dinner
the hotel staff was kind! the room was rather quiet, although not perfectly soundproofed. the breakfast was a very standard scottish full breakfast, good. dinner was tasty also!

stylish wood interiors chesterfield chairs really good food non-functioning tv unavailable assistance bathroom towel
the hotel offered a beautiful highland setting. interiors were stylish and warm with wood finishes (i appreciated that very much). the sitting room featured a wood stove and chesterfield chairs. the food in the restaurant tasted really good.
the tv did not work in my room. staff tried for 20 minutes to fix it, but were unsuccessful. there was only one off-white hand towel in the bathroom. i would have preferred two towels.

the location was tranquil.

quiet location lovely views friendly staff
The staff was friendly, and they easily accommodated my gluten-free needs at the restaurant (which I really appreciate!). The views from my room were gorgeous and the location was so quiet.
The TV didn't work in my room.
