thin walls no hot water
the room was clean.
I was so frustrated with the noise. I could hear everything from the neighboring rooms. the walls felt paper-thin. and to top it off, there was no hot water one evening! it was irritating.

no lift lack of staff
The bathroom had a nice rain head shower that worked well.
I was disappointed with the lack of staff. There was no one available at the hotel to greet me or assist with check-in at 6:30 PM. I also struggled with my luggage because there was no lift, requiring me to carry it up two flights of stairs. This made finding a taxi difficult the next morning.

solid city stay
central location straightforward check in responsive hosts
i appreciated the straightforward check in and check out. the location was central, a big plus, shops and restaurants were close. i also found the communication regarding check in very clear and the hosts were very responsive, i liked that.
i noticed some noise from the neighbors rooms. the walls felt a bit thin there.

the facility offers easy walk from both the train and bus stations, it is close to town. shops and eating places are very accesible from this place. wifi worked great too.

my room had a very comfortable bed. the bathroom included a decent shower, and a bath. i also noted the room had fresh coffee bags. they felt spacious and clean.

the hosts responded quickly with helpful answers to questions. communication was excellent and it was easy to access. housekeeping was very responsive. this helped to.

the location provided easy access to nearby restaurants. the area around not sketchy at all. i enjoyed the central placement. i found it easy to explore.

big room great shower central location hard stairs noisy street missed cleaning
the room it was big, i am thankful for the space. the bathroom was really nice, it had a great shower. the location felt very central, so close to everything i need.
the stairs was hard, there isn't a lift. the street outside felt noisy at night, i think it came from the pubs. our room did not get cleaned after one of our nights, i was dissapointed.
