cozy fireplace nice room bacon roll
The bar impressed me with its cozy fireplace. i was really surprised by my nice room with its good shower. a bonus bacon roll was provided as i was leaving early. It made my day!

The location proved quite useful for my travel needs. The breakfast offered a fresh cooked option. I found that GREAT!!! The bar prices were reasonable.

a very pleasant stay

helpful staff efficient staff clean room efficient service
i found the staff helpful, readily offering a bath mat and a change of room to one with a shower. all staff members were efficient and friendly. the room was clean. most of the dinner was well cooked. the service was efficient.
The decor seemed a bit aged. The kitchen door made noise when opened, likely needing some oil, this caught my attention. the restaurant's background music played louder than i preferred, and it somewhat disrupted the atmosphere.

The location is convenient, especially since it is near the P&J Live arena. The staff were helpful and friendly throughout the hotel. The food was DELICIOUS!!! The restaurant has a nice bar area.
The bed was too soft for me, a little uncomfortable.

Acceptable Stay, Some Issues

cheap sausage early helicopter
The bedroom was a good size, I suppose.
The breakfast was not excellent. I received one slice of bacon. The sausage seemed quite cheap. I certainly did not think it was worth the money and a helicopter woke me at 6 AM, not ideal.

The staff were helpful. They provided a bath mat and offered to change my room for one with a shower instead of a bath. The staff was efficient and friendly. The room was clean, and dinner was well cooked and served.
