lovely getaway
lovely accommodation friendly staff great facilities
i have stayed in a junior suite in the hotel this time. it was even better than i expected. the accommodation was lovely. the facilities were great. i will return.
the 4pm check in and 10am checkout dont leave much time. it limits enjoying the pool and breakfast. this early checkout is a drawback.

Really good Stay in Deeside
beautiful grounds sports facilities long hours friendly staff
I found the accommodation very nice with good appointments. The grounds are beautiful, with well-kept gardens perfect for an afternoon stroll. Leisure facilities included a very good swimming pool and sports options.. I appreciated the long hours it stayed open. The staff members were friendly and customer focused.
The gym is equipped adequately, but I felt it could benefit from a few more pieces of equipment for a complete workout.

scenic view friendly staff big spa
The junior suite fireplace offered A scenic view on the trees it felt tender. staff members were polite and friendly. This felt idealistic. the big spa facilities included a pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room. It felt amazing.
the gym was acceptable though it had limited equipment.

a fairly pleasant stay
nice pools good food uncomfortable sofa room seating
the hotel and the room were both well appointed and maintained, which i appreciated. the pools were very nice, yes there was more than one. the food was also good in the restaurant and the informal lounge. i am grateful.
room seating was uncomfortable, as the sofa was a sleeper and the chair was stiff, i did noticed. there was no ac, so i was hot when outside temps were in the 50's f. but in fairness this is common in scotland, i guess.

The gym features three treadmills and two stationary bikes. I found the on-site restaurant convenient (the service was fast!). Our suite included a balcony. The Keiller lounge mixed modern design with tradition, with a well-stocked bar.
The absence of air conditioning in the room was a slight issue.

the hotel was well appointed and maintained. the staff seemed doting.
the sofa was a sleeper and the chair felt stiff. this made the seating uncomfortable. there was no ac, so the room got hot. outside temps were in the 50'sf.
