adequately located with some drawbacks
low water pressure faulty air conditioning
the location proved useful with transport links nearby
i encountered a notable issue with the shower the water pressure was quite low both at the shower and bathroom sink this problem was reported however the hotel was fully booked i found the air conditioning was also faulty it did not function properly overnight

useful kitchenette fresh air
The kitchenette was useful I could easily prepare small meals. The location near public transport made getting around simple I found it convenient. I really enjoyed the opening window providing fresh air. The cleanliness impressed me the apartment was very tidy.
The shower pressure seemed somewhat low.

shower door burnt smell
The room had issues. the shower door came off its track during use. It was quite inconvenient. the water from the kettle had a strange, burnt smell. it seems the kettle needs replacement.

Really good Stay with Great Amenities
tasteful decoration well-stocked kitchen amazing bathroom
The apartment was immaculate and tastefully decorated. The artwork added a nice touch. I appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and the amazing bathroom (it had a rainfall shower!).
The tram line is very close. Trams vibrating the building created noise. This was noticeable due to the building's single glazing.

The Junior Suite 1 had a comfortable sofa bed. The provided toiletries were of high quality. I also found plenty of towels were available in the suite.

The location offered proximity to the EICC and a supermarket. Bus stops across the road made city access convenient. Many restaurants are nearby, a bonus.

The building had a quiet atmosphere, which I appreciated. The room was warm and inviting. I made good use of the microwave and sofa in the apartment.

Milk and coffee pods were available upon arrival, a thoughtful detail. Gift boxes containing chocolates and biscuits were a nice surprise. This contributed to a cute experience.
