Fantastic Dog-Friendly Getaway!

We found the dog pack ready for us in our room and it was great! The bar area is super cute. Dogs are very welcome there. The staff was good, even though this was my fifth visit.
The church clock chimed on the hour, starting after 7am. It was slightly distracting.

Our family room was lovely and clean and tastefully decorated. We loved being in one of the outbuilding rooms because we could take our dog out without walking through the pub! It was great.

The pub food is very good. My dog loved her sausages and mash! There is a great choice of gins and real ales available. The Sunday lunch is a must try, the chef has been there for years.

This hotel is perfect for dogs. It was voted Scotland's No.1 Dog Friendly Hotel and that says a lot! It's ideal for short breaks. I took a detour on the way to Loch Awe. It was worth it!

the room was beautiful and clean. the staff was friendly. they upgraded my room due to availability without me asking (i was grateful!). they were wonderful overall.
i had a room around the corner from the main building. the door opened straight onto the main road. there was a gap at the side of the door allowing light and noise in.

lovely family stay

We had a lovely family room. it was a nice big room with lots of space for my daughter to play with her dolls. the receptionist was very nice. She gave us information on where to eat. the hotel had parking for my motorbike just outside.
the tv didn't work! the staff was very helpful when i told them about it.

The family room included a bunk bed. coffee pods, a kettle and instant coffee were available! the beds were comfortable, clean, and warm. The pillows suited us.

i found the staff genuinely attentive . the car park at the front was free (a real convenience, i think).
My room faced the main street. It became a bit noisy from passing cars in the early morning.
