Acceptable stay with some drawbacks

attentive staff early access coachyard view thin pillows
The food exceeded my expectations. All the staff, from cleaning to reception, were attentive. I appreciated the early access to my room (it was quite convenient).
I heard the words 'coachyard view' when I checked in, and I was not happy. My room was at the back of the hotel in a line of other rooms. The bed was awful with thin pillows and zero support.
