Powered by AI
The Anchor Hotel is known for its excellent pub meals and breakfast, with many guests highlighting the tasty food and good value, particularly enjoying the venison burger and fish finger sandwich. The bar area is well-stocked, and some rooms offer excellent views, such as Room 2 which overlooks the estuary. A number of guests have mentioned the outdated decor as something that could be improved, but overall, the hotel provides a welcoming experience, especially with the cosy fires. awful parking missing breakfast
the food was acceptable.
The parking situation was awful. Only a few usable spaces existed. breakfast was not set one morning. A staff member refused to handle it and passed it off to someone else.
