EXCELLENT stay!

huge room spa bath
I found a HUGE room with two TVs, a couch, and a big bed. There were also two chairs plus a table next to the bed (all the space!). The bathroom included a spa bath with a shower. It also featured two sinks.
The hotel lacked reception staff. This meant there was no one available in person to address potential issues. It felt a little impersonal.
Location
9/10
The hotel has a central location. It is close to many shops, cafes, and restaurants (all within easy walking distance!).
Service
8/10
Check-in was very easy. I received a code to open the hotel and the room. Everything worked very well.
Facilities
9/10
Parking IS available behind the building. This feature definitely makes life easier. Free wifi is available throughout the hotel too.
Rooms
10/10
The room had modern colors and drapes. The building also has modern decoration. Everything felt clean and updated.

mixed feelings about this stay

thin walls unpleasant smell
the room had everything i needed, so that was acceptable.
the noise from other guests was too much. i could hear everything through the walls, and nobody was available to address the situation at night. the smell in the bathroom was ALSO quite unpleasant.

charmed by the suites space

suite room comfortable bed restaurant staff great breakfast
i think we got a suite room, it was lovely and big. the bed was comfortable after a long journey. the restaurant downstairs had amazing staff, they were very helpful to us. we had a great breakfast there before exploring.
i found a faint smell in the bathroom, it was only there sometimes. the door closing mechanisms, also, made a loud slam when neighbors used them.
Location

impersonal feel heating issue
the location was very convenient.
This hotel felt utterly impersonal. i received an email with instructions on how to enter, but i could not access them until almost check-in time (i arrived at 3 p.m.). the heating (it came from an over-door unit controlled by a remote) did not respond well. It kept switching off. the room never got very warm during the hours i was there.
