scottish charm sea view local tips
my partner and i stumbled upon this hotel and it was one of the highlights of our trip! the room was so cosy, decorated with a scottish charm . waking up to that sea view each morning was pure magic, i loved it. everyone greeted us with smiles, even helped us plan our daily outings with local tips!
I encountered an issue with an 18th birthday party on the premises. The noise levels were excessive, affecting the peace, the situation definitely took away from the experience

dated room hygiene issue
The room was adequate but dated and in need of modernisation. At the evening meal, I had to request a serviette and cutlery, as none was brought with the meal. I observed dogs allowed to wander on very long extendable leashes in the dining area. Staff did not wash their hands after petting dogs. Then they touched dining plates and glassware. This is a health and hygiene issue!!!

Decent Location, but Some Issues

cold eggs tile mold
The room felt quite dated. The bathroom needed some attention as some tiles had mold. The breakfast was inconsistent. My husband's scrambled eggs were cold. the experience didn't quite match the 4-star rating.
