I appreciated the central location near the train station. It made getting around very easy. The bar offers great views and stylish decor. The staff was friendly and quite helpful. They assisted me quickly with my requests.

The hotel heating was not adjustable, so the room temperature felt consistently warm.

The location is superb, being right by the train station.. it's convenient. the room was very clean and tidy. It provided a comfortable space for my stay.

the room was super clean. i found a comfortable bed. check-in was ultra friendly and also check out staff and housekeeping were very helpful. really good value was apparent for my overnight stay.

the lack of adequate supplies for the bathroom was inconvenient. i needed to call reception multiple times for the basics required.

spare pillows friendly staff missing amenities no biscuits

the room were clean and i had spare pillows. the staff greets me on arrival and they was friendly. its convenient cause it is right by the train station. there even called when my rooms were ready, its good!

i did not realise it have zero amenities and no shower cap. the hotel also did not have no green tea options. i also did not see no biscuits! the hotel restaurant was not there and it had been advertised.

The room was clean and well sized. Its functional style suited my business needs perfectly. I found the location ideal, right above the station. It was close to the riverside too, but surprisingly quiet.

The hotel lacked dedicated parking. I had to use private parking, which incurred extra costs. upon arrival, I was informed that breakfast was not part of the package. I paid extra for a small glass of juice.
