the location was acceptable with easy access to nearby establishments
the room i stayed in was small it hardly accommodated my luggage without obstructing movement i also noticed the bathroom lacked adequate counter space making it inconvenient to organize toiletries

small room weak water pressure
the room felt quite small upon arrival. i had difficulty managing my luggage without obstructing access to the toilet. the bathroom lacked sufficient space, it did not include enough shelving for toiletries. the shower offered weak water pressure, it made rinsing difficult.

cabin stay near loch broom

lochside cabin amazing views super king bed tea coffee
I stayed in a lochside cabin. It was away from the main building. the cabin provided amazing views of loch broom. the bed was super king size and very comfortable. the room included a fridge and tea and coffee supplies. Robes and slippers were also available.
The room was small. It was difficult to store our suitcases without blocking access to the toilet.

the hotel is well located with open views across the loch. safe off road private parking is available. a short level walk leads into the town. this walk goes along the promenade near the park.

rooms face the water. wine and champagne glasses were supplied. a wine opener was also provided. there is a table with chairs outside on the deck. pads are supplied for the chairs.

the staff was very friendly. they offered excellent customer service. staff provided shortbread cookies and whisky on arrival. they could not do enough for you and were very pleasant. staff who served breakfast were friendly too.

waterfront cabin friendly service tiny room small sink
the waterfront cabin was amazing it was different to wake up to a cruise ship i saw breakfast was excellent with a good choice and friendly service.
the room was tiny it was more like a double bed not a queen-sized bed i could hardly fit suitcases in the room the bathroom was super tiny with a small rectangle sink the shower was also super small.

i had a great view of the loch from my economy twin room loch view! breakfast was very tasty and well presented. the staff were friendly and even booked a restaurant for us and got a discount. parking was easy.
the room was quite small. it was hard to store luggage without blocking the way to the toilet! i could hear everything from the room next door, including talking. the shower looked excellent, but it lacked power, so it was difficult to get wet.

i received a friendly welcome upon arrival the room was spacious clean and very comfortable breakfast was excellent and prepared to order staff were always friendly and helpful the communal lounge area was tastefully decorated and comfortable the hotel is ideally situated for walks into town and for the ferry terminal

wonderful experience

king bed scottish options
i stayed in one of the lochside cottages, and the view was amazing. a super king bed provided restful sleep for my sister and me. slippers and robes were a luxury. breakfast at the main building included light and full scottish options.
the room was small, the pictures made it look bigger. we struggled to store our suitcases without blocking the way to the toilet. on arrival, the room was cold, but the heating could be regulated.
