the hotel impressed me with its stylish building! the room provided everything i needed, like robes, slippers, an iron, and a board. the shower was great! the breakfast selection was diverse, a real delight, and the staff members were lovely and helpful.

The staff was friendly and efficient. I enjoyed the food. The seven courses offered a nice variety of flavours.
The service was poor and the administration was not good. We requested prosecco for the room upon arrival, but it wasn't there. The surprise was ruined.

the rooms were clean and stylish.
I was disappointed with the dining experience. The service was slow and inattentive. i had to wait a long time before someone took my order, and the food arrived cold. the service charge felt mandatory, i didn't think it was optional on the bill..

Excellent Hotel Experience!
thoughtful gifts clean room cute atmosphere
I found the birthday gifts to be a really lovely touch. The staff surprised us with gin, biscuits, a tote bag, a water bottle, a golf hat and markers! Our room was very super clean and cozy. I found everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The atmosphere was warm and cute!

comfortable bed sea view patchy breakfast delivery delay
i am so excited about the decor! the decor is beautiful in all areas and i can't get over it. the room i stayed in included a fabulous sea view, so worth it. i also found that the bed provided was very comfortable.
i was like breakfast was a little patchy the next day. the staff did try to make up for it with their helpfulness, they had a delivery delay. i also found the porridge inedible. i like to start my morning right but that didn't happen.

fresh pastries attentive service excellent location distant parking small lift overhead shower
the breakfast offered a great choice with fresh pastries. it included continental items and cooked options, a plus. the waiter gave attentive service and brought us fresh coffee and tea. the location was excellent as well.
the disabled parking area was far from reception. the lift wasn't very large. the accessible room had a bath with an overhead shower, not a walk-in shower.
