The location was great. The staff were friendly.
The room was not properly cleaned. I found hairs in the bathroom and dust on surfaces. The noise insulation was poor. I could hear conversations and noise from adjacent rooms late into the night. the breakfast selection felt limited, with a lack of fresh fruit.

convenient location ample space good breakfast
I was very happy with the location inside the shopping center near the bus and train stations. It was convenient! My room offered ample space and had a good breakfast buffet with a good variety of options. The hotel bar allowed me to wind down kinda after a long day.
The hotel entrance being on the first floor made it a little strange initially. it was manageable.

The hotel adjoins the shopping centre. This makes access very convenient. The room had everything I needed. It also included good quality towels.
The keys did not work initially. I had to return to reception for different keys. This was an inconvenience

The location was close to the train station and shops. It was convenient.
The shower head did not lift down. It made washing properly difficult. I also noticed the shower curtain was brown at the bottom. It seemed to have soap scum.

central location clean hotel poor service overcooked steak
the LOCATION is very central. I could EASILY walk to many places. the hotel was clean and tidy.
the BAR and restaurant service left something to be desired. MY steak was overcooked and the blue cheese dip was not good.
