cold room thin walls
i wasnt happy with my rooms temperature. it was too cold, especially during the night and they said the heating was fine, but it just wasnt working well. also, the walls were pretty thin. i could hear other guest next door and it made sleeping difficult at times. i wish they had better soundproofing.

The room had a superior double room layout. I found PLENTY of coffee, tea and snack supplies in the room. The breakfast offered a superb selection.
The lift was not suitable for a disabled buggy.

Rose Ann and Jhan provided really good service. The location allows easy access to the station. I found breakfast quite tasty, especially cooked-to-order options.
Sound insulation proved minimal . I heard noise from adjacent rooms and the corridor. This disturbance impacted sleep quality each night.

The staffs was friendly and helpful. Rose Ann and Jhan had excellent service. They seemed to take a genuine interest in guests' experiences and addressed all requests promptly. I really appreciated the friendly approach.
