cooked-to-order service complimentary snacks bad attitude annoying guests
The breakfast was excellent with good food and fresh, cooked-to-order service. The hotel had complimentary snacks in the room. hot drinks were available in the restaurant. I found the staff to be very friendly.
The reception person showed an bad attitude. They seemed totally disinterested in answering questions. There seemed to be zero care for the guests. Guests looked to be an annoyance.

main street hospitality tray extra long bed
the location was perfect right on the main street. the room was very clean and well presented. it included a lovely small hospitality tray! the bed was extra long, great for me. we will be back very soon.
i don't know if it's related to the hotel or not.

the room was designed with a modern style and provided comfortable lodging for two people. there was a sensor light in the bathroom that activated at night, a great touch. it was very convenient.

amazing breakfast perfect location lovely staff no lift warm room
the breakfast was amazing!!! i really enjoyed the variety and quality of the food. the location was perfect, so close to the main street and train station. the staff were lovely and always ready to help with anything i needed.
i was a bit disappointed that there was no lift to access my room, carrying my luggage up the stairs was a struggle. the room was also quite warm, air conditioning would have been great.

black tiling basic breakfast
The location was good. It was close to the town centre.
The bathroom tiling was black, the shower curtain was also black, therefore showering was a dark experience. the window only opened slightly at the top making the room very warm. breakfast was very basic for the price. I expected more in scotland.

The location proved convenient for exploring local attractions. My room included a really spacious bathroom. The breakfast offered a delicious start to each day with fresh ingredients. I appreciated the hotel's attention to detail.
The in-room lighting could have been a bit brighter for reading at night. I would have liked a small desk in the room.
