just okay, honestly
old wallpaper breakfast selection
the location provided scenic views, exactly as expected.
The room felt quite dated. the wallpaper seemed old and tired and i believe it needed replacement. breakfast was fairly basic. I found the hot selection wasn't regularly topped up, annoying.

The location provides a lovely view of the loch. The room included a balcony.. Breakfast offered a hot buffet with good food. The swimming pool was a nice, warm feature.
The hotel needed painting in places.

disturbing noise prison-like balconies
The room was super clean, comfortable and well furnished therefore I found no fault.
I did find noise from guests above disturbing. I could hear every footstep, and the noise persisted after their arrival. Balconies looked like prisons because of the bars so I consider this unacceptable.

sea view great shower friendly staff
The captain's sea view room balcony had a fine view. the bathroom was excellent with a great shower. the staff were cute and friendly. The service was great during dinner and breakfast.

Great Stay with Loch Views
seafood focus large portions relaxation area
The hotel is close to Fort William. The restaurant had a strong focus on seafood with large portions. I enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tubwith relaxation after a long day of exploring the surrounding area.
The breakfast buffet presented food on a hot plate, and it did not appear fresh.
