Review summary
Based on recent reviews
Powered by AI
The Scot enjoys a superb location right on Oban's high street, placing guests conveniently close to everything. Many appreciate the spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and good showers, as well as in-room amenities such as coffee, hot chocolate, and Tunnock's Teacakes. Breakfast is generally well-received, though some found the continental pastries a bit dry; also, while the hotel offers parking, note that there is no lift. guests find it a clean and comfortable option for exploring Oban.

The location was excellent (i found it very convenient). it was close to many places i wanted to visit, including a private car park. i enjoyed using the lounge area after a day exploring. the staff at reception were helpful and kind. They really went out of their way to help.
the radiator in the bathroom operated on a timer, and the button was hidden. there wasn't any sign explaining this, so the bathroom felt quite cold initially.
