charming stay
superb location thoughtful touches friendly staff convenient service
the location was superb, a short walk to the main attractions (so convenient!). the room was very clean and had thoughtful touches, including tea and coffee making facilities. the staff were friendly and always ready to help. i appreciated the luggage storage service on my last day, it made exploring the city much easier.
the shower had fluctuating temperatures, alternating between warm and cold.

the location was good because it was a short walk to princess street, i guess.
The shower pressure was really bad. It was like trying to wash my hair under a leaky faucet, not ideal at all.

convenient stay near public transport
comfortable room easy check-in central location accessible shops
i found the room to be quite comfortable for my short visit. checking in used the door code, very easy. it was quiet despite being in a central location. shops and restaurants were all within a five to ten minute walk. i found this very useful.
the tv did not work on the first night. afterwards, i could only get netflix. this was slightly frustrating, but didn't impact my stay too much.

the hosts were very friendly, they did everything possible to. their attention to detail with every client was nice. the hotel is easy to reach, and bus connection 11 takes only a few minutes.

The room includes tea and coffee facilities. This meant it was easy to prepare a quick drink. although a large dining room exists, a continental breakfast was not offered, this was not really an issue for me, but could bother some people.

The room was spacious. It also included clean towels. the bed was comfortable and allowed for good sleep. the bathroom was compact. It seemed a standard size for a guest house room. the heaters worked well.

Self check-in is available even in the middle of the night, this is really practical. I appreciated that. the room can be cleaned every day. the staff is helpful with check-in.

the guest house is near the main street, which offers easy access to buses and trams. the location is good value. it is only a short walk to the city centre. i found the location very peaceful.
