wonderful stay, amazing experience!
cozy vibes excellent breakfast onsite parking
the room decor provided such an amazing experience, i loved the clean, cozy vibes throughout the hotel. breakfast was excellent, just remember to order it before 9pm. the hotel provided its own parking lot, a true convenience!

excellent choices quiet location tartan walls
breakfast choices were excellent and i pre-ordered digitally the evening before. the location was quiet and a short walk to the main shopping street. decor included tartan walls and carpets plus highland cow images.
the bathroom was very small and the sink too small.

inconvenient parking soft bed
the location was convenient.
The parking was a bit inconvenient. To accommodate all vehicles, cars were parked blocking each other. this required hotel staff intervention to move vehicles. also, the bed felt too soft for me.

The room was clean. it was acceptable.
Breakfast PRE-ORDERING felt impersonal. the staff seemed stressed during breakfast service. the coffee tasted weak also it was not so good. the room above me felt noisy. I heard every footstep which was unpleasant.

clear communication lovely coffee late check out
the hotel gave clear communication with check in and parking. breakfast had loads of choices, including lovely coffee (it was a great start to the day). a late check out was offered and was very helpful. the rooms were lovely, and i would totally stay again.
