lovely room with great tea setup
tea setup perfect location amazing breakfast
the room was cozy. it had a great tea setup with snacks and water. the location was perfect. i enjoyed being able to walk downstairs to the pub. breakfast here in the morning was amazing.
parking is a little difficult. there are limited spaces out front, so paying for offsite parking is necessary. it can be inconvenient, especially during peak hours.

The breakfast options are quite numerous. The variety is awesome, and the food is plentiful. The hotel provides guests with very nice local soaps. Hair products in the room are VERY good. Overnight parking can be a challenge, but they provide helpful directions. It was HELPFUL.
The room was at the back of the hotel, next to the fire escape. This door was left open twice overnight, worrying. It was also very noisy in the evening due to staff talking outside. There were awful smells from the kitchen. The hand basin in the bathroom had no hot water for the entire stay. I reported it the first morning and twice after that. NO action.

the superior double room was a good size. breakfast was included and offered a good variety of choices. it was a relaxing start to the day.
The tv remote in the room did not work. I had to request assistance. the shower temperature was difficult to regulate, either too hot or too cold.
