a satisfactory experience

considerate hosts convenient location complete room temperature fluctuations cramped room excessive price
the hosts showed consideration and dried my hiking boots. the location is conveniently next to the center. the room offered comfort and supplied all necessities.
The shower exhibited temperature fluctuations. It alternated between hot and cold. i found the room somewhat cramped. It did not fully meet my expectations. the price felt a bit excessive.

unstable shower temperature cramped room
the shower temperature was a joke. it fluctuated wildly between scalding and icy cold throughout my attempted shower. also, the room felt rather small and cramped.. i guess they maximized the space, but it was still a tight squeeze.

Really good hospitality and thoughtful touches

wet gear complimentary food perfect breakfast
the owners dried our wet gear, a very helpful service. the room included complimentary food and drink items, a nice touch. breakfast the next morning was prepared perfectly, it was a real treat.
the room felt a bit cramped, not quite what i anticipated despite its cleanliness.

the location sits right next to the centre and the west highland way route. the hotel is off the main road, resulting in a quiet environment.
