The room was spacious. It included a kettle with tea and coffee. A toaster was also available (very practical!). Self check-in details came promptly on time of arrival. I found the flat very easily.

The location is very close to public transport links. A supermarket is directly below offering great convenience. The building has effective central heating keeping the apartment comfortable at all times (a blessing!).

The staff assisted with luggage storage, which i found helpful. the room was also spacious enough for my needs. the staff was friendly and checked on my needs throughout the stay. I appreciated that.
the locks on the main entrance door could use some improvement.

convenient location helpful supermarket luggage assistance
The location was convenient, with access to transportation options. A supermarket next door was very helpful for daily needs. I was grateful that staff assisted me with my luggage to the first floor.
The room's door was difficult to close, requiring several attempts each time.

thoughtful touch airport tram spacious room
the kettle, milk, coffee, and tea, reminded me of such a thoughtful touch. the location was very near to both tram and the airport. the room, spacious and clean, gave such a good temperature.
the initial communication proved unclear, it made finding the entrance confusing.

this location provides easy travel to the airport, it is excellent for haymarket. i found it very close to the tram, a true convenience for exploring the area. a tesco express located next door made grabbing quick necessities so simple.

my room included in-room facilities that generously provided a toaster. tea and coffee. the bathrooms i used were nice with maintained cleanliness. i found the room size excellent, it offered ample space to unwind after a long day.

i appreciated the cleanliness maintained throughout the premises, it offered a refreshing environment. the really good shower unit stood out, it seemed like a luxurious treat after my travels. the availability of an iron plus stand was a big plus, i must say.
