fantastic stay!

warm welcome convenient travel lounge facility onsite parking
the self-service continental breakfast provided sufficient quantity. it also had a great variety. the owners offered a warm welcome. the location allowed convenient travel to nearby attractions. the large ensuite bedrooms had adequate furnishings. there was also included a lounge facility, wi-fi, and parking. i found everything accessible and easy to use.
i noticed some refurbishment being underway. there was a bit of noise in the mornings, but it didn't bother me too much.

faulty shower hot water
The continental breakfast included a delicious bowl of porridge.
The showers were faulty and had no hot water despite switches being on. This meant no bathing facilities for two days. The manager said a plumber would come, but upon checkout, they casually mentioned, 'Oh yes, he didn't come. ' This was frustrating!!!

Adequate stay with issues

small room intermittent signal
The room was small and surface space was limited. I had issues with the TV. The sky cable was disconnected. Someone came to fix it, but the signal remained intermittent. The intermittent picture was frustrating after spending considerable time attempting to resolve the issue.

helpful manager dog blankets lovely view
The helpful manager warmly welcomed my dogs and me. I received dog blankets and treats. The room offered a lovely view. I tasted the best porridge ever, accompanied by berry compote and maple syrup.
The single radiator struggled to keep the old room warm enough during the colder season.
