the room was fresh. modern decor delighted me. the staff worked hard. i appreciated the best beds along the west highland way.

wow, what a find near highlands!

dog friendly amenities great treats loch location
i enjoyed a lot the location! it was near the loch. the hotel was dog friendly and had water bowl. our dog was treated like royalty with treats.
the reception was distinctly scruffy. it really needs attention.

helpful staff great location
I found the staff VERY helpful. the location worked well for hiking. the hotel has a great drying room for wet clothes. dinner was tasty. I had the tikka masala.
the hotel seemed VERY understaffed. it took a while to check in. i think the ownership should support the employees better.
