the double room four poster bed was very spacious. the bed was comfortable, and i slept soundly. parking was simple because i had a designated space.
i found a few issues . there was NO soundproofing, i heard noise from neighbors. thin blinds failed to block light from a patio lamp.

clean hotel lovely staff plentiful breakfast no soundproofing rattling doors awkward tv
i stayed in the one-bedroom apartment garden. the hotel was very clean and well-equipped with everything i needed. the staff were lovely (always smiling and helpful). breakfast was good and plentiful, topped up daily.
There was no soundproofing. I could hear noise from neighbours. doors rattled when people upstairs moved about. It was quite distracting. awkward placement of tv was also noticeable (i couldn't quite get the angle right).

A Romantic Highland Getaway

easy check-in warm room excellent bed blissful escape
Self check-in was easy and efficient, I found communication to be stellar. my room, so wonderfully decorated, had such warmth. the bed and bedding were divine. no negativity tainted my experience. I will definitely return for another blissful escape.
I noticed some very slight imperfections in the corners. Perhaps a bit of extra dusting would elevate it to perfection.

loft room spacious self service breakfast bathroom spacious damaged couch extra charge marks present
the upstairs loft room felt spacious and clean. it included a dining area, and i found breakfast laid out for self service. the bathroom was also spacious, and the shower temperature and water pressure felt good.
the host claimed that i damaged the couch. i received an extra charge of 60 pounds for significant damage and marks. i did not use the couch and believe the marks were present before my stay
