cold room inadequate heating
The location was acceptable.
The room was very cold. The heating did not raise the temperature above 15 degrees. It dropped to 8 degrees around midnight.

spacious apartment nice decoration central location
the apartment was really spacious. it was nicely decorated too. the location is central (i walked everywhere!).
the hallway smelled a little like smoke.

late disturbance window malfunction
the automated pin number system was acceptable for entry. the room also had a luxury feel.
the location was not ideal. there was a disturbance outside late at night, (around 2 am) , made it difficult to sleep. i had to be up early for work the next day, and the lack of sleep was very disruptive. the windows also did not close properly.

The apartment was super clean upon arrival. I found the decor to be quite nice.
The thermostat control proved unreliable during the night. The temperature fluctuated significantly. It made maintaining a consistent and restful sleep environment challenging.

clean room good facilities clear communication freezing temperature low heating midnight drop
The room was super clean. facilities in room were good. centrally located and quiet, so i could rest well. The hotel had free parking at the rear. This was fantastic. communication with owners was also very clear.
it was freezing. we put the heating on as soon as we arrived. it didn't get any higher than 15. then it dropped down to 8 around midnight.
