Gartmore House Bed & Breakfast occupies a historic building originally built in 1793 and set on 100 acres within Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. The west front of the house was redesigned by David Barclay, a pupil of Charles Rennie Mackintosh, giving the property a distinctive architectural heritage. From the lounge and many rooms, guests can see views stretching 25 miles toward Stirling Castle and the Wallace Monument.

The bedrooms do not have televisions; guests instead use a television lounge in one of the public lounges.
