Kathryn was lovely and very cute. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I found the hotel suited my needs for an overnight stay before a work event. I would definitely stay again if in the area.
The bathroom fittings seemed new. the shower only had a glass screen on one side. I couldn't prevent water from getting on the floor. There was no shower mat provided.

warm welcome soft bed clean room
kathryn, the owner, was lovely. she give me a warm welcome. the room shine, and the beds had a soft feel. i would definitely stay again if i am ever nearby.
the shower have a little smell. i think it needs attention.

friendly staff helpful staff homey atmosphere good room size black mould unattached toilet faulty toilet missing curtain
i found the staff were very friendly. they were also helpful . i liked the homey atmosphere in the bar area. the room size was good with a tv and kettle.
the bathroom need some work. i saw black mould on the walls and ceiling. the toilet seat wasn't properly attached to the bowl. i thought the shower lacked a curtain or door so water splashed everywhere.
