underwhelming stay

warm room limited breakfast
the location was good for getting around.
the room felt very warm even after i turned off the heating. the safety latch on the window barely allowed it to open. the breakfast selection was limited and not worth the price i paid.

memory foam late check-out faulty tv weird floor
the room was very quiet. the memory foam mattress felt amazing. the price seemed fair. i also found a late check-out option available. the view included the harbour.
The tv didn't work. the bathroom seemed adapted for disabled guests. i noticed the floors felt strange. They were really weird.

adequate stay at quayside

central location clean room cold bar staff shortage
The location was central. It was easy to walk to many shops and restaurants. The location was perfect! The room was also very clean upon arrival. EVERYTHING i need WAS available.
I noticed the bar and restaurant area was quite cold. Most patrons wore jackets to combat the chill. The restaurant also lacked staff. The reception staff were doing double duty, causing delays at the bar.
