clean room helpful staff excellent location weak wifi guest noise fluctuating temperature
The room was very clean. I found the staff quite helpful and friendly. The location was excellent (close to many points of interest).

adequate stay , issues noted

loose holder faulty shower
the bathroom needed work. the light above the mirror only worked with one bulb of the two , most of the time. the toilet paper holder was loose. i also found the shower difficult to use , the water did not run directly to the bath , i needed the shower head.

attic windows ineffective air conditioning
The elevator did not reach the third floor. That was an inconvenience. my room had small attic windows, hardly providing enough natural light. the air conditioning unit also failed to function properly. It was quite noisy and ineffective.

breakfast selection friendly staff horrendous wifi old building
The breakfast selection was great. I enjoyed the variety of options. Staff were friendly and helpful. They even provided extra blankets upon request. The bed was very comfy.
The wifi was horrendous . Every time I asked reception for a fix, they said there were "too many people on it, that's why it's slow. " I could hear everyone above and to the sides of me. The building is quite old, so it was very noisy at all hours except between 2am-6am.

The breakfast was really good, offering various options to choose from. Staff members were helpful and friendly. The hotel has a pub downstairs. It made it easy to get drinks and dinner, delicious!
