rustic decor loch view disjointed service parking lot
The room decor felt rustic and very scottish. The views of the loch were excellent from our room. I also found the complimentary coffee, tea, and water a nice touch.
Breakfast service felt disjointed. I had to request cutlery after my food arrived. The gym being a walk away over the parking lot was not ideal. IT WAS not convenient to access these facilities.

friendly service clean pool lovely lounge excellent location
I was charmed by the friendly service and the staff went the extra mile. The swimming pool was a decent size and quite clean. I had access to a lovely lounge area. Games were available. The hotel location was also excellent, and the views were amazing.
The shower didn't drain very well, resulting in slight flooding.

modern equipment helpful staff fine view
the room was spacious and comfortable. it had modern equipment. the staff were helpful and ready to answer questions. the views over the loch were fine. numerous hiking trails were nearby for hikers.
the spa was dirty even after cleaning. floors were muddy. guests had to walk with outdoor shoes. there was no water hose in the steam room to clean benches after use.
