adequate stay

loch side location attentive staff plastic piece uncollected items
The hotel sits in a beautiful loch side location. the food was good. Full of flavour and beautifully presented. the staff were very attentive and friendly!
I found a sharp piece of plastic in my risotto and discretely told the waiter. he apologised and said it was a piece of the storage container. The plastic shard was left at that. used items had not been collected from our room when they should have been.
