Wonderful Castle Stay
tartan carpet castle atmosphere
The building has a very authentic castle atmosphere. I particularly loved the tartan carpet in the lobby and main stairs, it was so nice. The staff transfered us to their sister hotel for evening meals. This was a very nice touch. I enjoyed staying at this hotel.
The building was excellent but it needs some work. some noise in the corridors was heard.

The Executive Room included everything needed. It had a real castle feel. The room was also clean and spacious, something that I did enjoy. Aesthetic was súper cute. Great!

the grounds were excellent. i was happy the bar stayed open later after i skipped dinner. breakfast included a cappuccino machine, i loved it.

friendly staff spacious room jacuzzi bath unavailable restaurant poor service stale salad
the staff were lovely and very friendly . i had an executive room that was super spacious with a comfy bed. the bathroom included a jacuzzi bath, a shower, and also a double sink, i thought that was so cool.
the restaurant wasn't available, so i had to go to a sister hotel instead. this seems to be an ongoing issue. the service at the sister hotel in the evening was not great. my salad also wasn't very fresh, that was a bit disappointing.

The building exudes character! the staff was very helpful and accommodating , promptly addressing any questions i had. the location was great for my travel plans. It offered convenient access to nearby attractions. i appreciated the overall atmosphere of the hotel.
i noticed the mattress in the room was old. it detracted from an otherwise comfortable experience.

The room was spacious, I think. It had a comfortable bed. The staff arranged for transfers to a sister hotel for meals. THIS was a nice touch.
Only ONE bath towel was in the double room. The shower was quite slippery. There were no hand grabs for elderly people.

the staff were friendly and not overbearing, great to relax the executive room was spacious and included tea and coffee facilities also there was a huge bathroom with a jacuzzi bath, shower, and double sink it was cool that i could have my harris hawk onsite and fly him over the weekend, so generous of the hotel
