detailed explanation vegetarian options
the staff was cute. my bag was carried to my room, and the facilities received a detailed explanation. breakfast was really good with a large selection, and vegetarian options were included.
the heating operated on a timer. i couldn't adjust it when i wanted , resulting in a cold room upon arrival, given the cold weather outside.

the room was very clean, spacious, and quiet! the bathroom was also spacious. breakfast was included, great, and they offered a full cooked breakfast for a small extra charge.

I was impressed by the very modern windows and fire doors on each floor. The room featured a massive bathroom and the double room was very large. I found free parking across the road very convenient. It made access easy. The hotel also had a lively bar and the atmosphere was vibrant.
The shower handset leaked, it probably needed a new washer.

The location is great and within easy reach of local shops. The staff were very friendly (i was grateful for their assistance). The food in the bar was excellent.
The towels seemed quite old. There was only one bedside table in my room. I noticed some bird droppings on the windowsill in my room.

adequate stay, some issues noticed

missing blind strange noise
the skylight in the room lacked a blind, so the room became bright very early. there was also a strange noise at night, possibly from the pipes. it stopped around 1 am but resumed around 7 am. i have stayed there before but am not sure i will again.

adequate stay with a few hiccups

lumpy bed lukewarm shower
The bed was quite lumpy. it made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the shower wasn't very good either. The water was lukewarm. i think blackout blinds would improve the room. The daylight streamed in very early.

Check-in was very easy. The room and bathroom were spacious and had the facilities i required. Breakfast was plentiful and cooked to order. Coffee at breakfast was smooth on the palate.
The pillows weren't comfortable.. the light in the hallway shone around the door. The room was still lit when I was trying to sleep. I had one of the worst nights sleep of my life.
