friendly staff fresh food lovely view
i loved how friendly EVERYONE was. the food was really good, cooked fresh to order. the views from my room overlooked the falls, REALLY lovely views. the walks around were amazing and COFFEE was great afterwards!
the carpets in the corridors needed a deep clean, it is the only negative detail i can recall.

Romantic Getaway by the Falls
really good service champagne breakfast rolltop bath helpful staff
I experienced really good service for my partner's birthday. Staff ensured that my planned Champagne Breakfast remained a surprise. The room included a rolltop bath. We loved it. Staff helped so much with our cockapoo and this was very sweet, even going above our expectations.
Dinner in the bar happened near the toilet. I felt very uncomfortable.

mixed feelings about my stay
cracked bath panel duvet holes
the rooms appearance need improvement. my dog friendly room, specifically number 2, was not good. i saw a cracked bath panel, and the kettle balanced precariously on a dresser as it had to be in a draw to boil, also the remote lacked a back. there were also holes in the duvet so i was very disappointed.

friendly staff comfortable bed perfect location relaxing area
i found the staff very friendly and helpful. my room was clean and the bed was very comfortable, (i slept like a baby!). the location was perfect and i really liked the dining area. it was nice to sit and relax after a long day.
i noticed some minor wear and tear in the bathroom, but it didn't affect my stay at all.
