Good and Convenient Stay
great breakfast friendly staff
The staff displayed really good friendliness and helpfulness throughout my visit. I received prompt assistance with every request (they even helped me with directions to a local attraction!). The food options were varied, and each meal proved delicious. I especially liked the breakfast. A FAMILY room was spacious and clean.
I did find that the room lacked some expected amenities. Specifically, there were no complimentary toiletries beyond a small bottle of shower gel, and the bathroom had limited space for hanging towels. The absence of these small conveniences was a minor but noticeable drawback.

Every staff member was friendly and helpful, showing genuine care . They efficiently handled requests and provided useful information with a smile. It was a testament to dedication.

This place offered convenient access to nearby attractions (like Stirling and Falkirk). I also appreciated its proximity to transport links, like the train station at Croy, enabling easy travel to Edinburgh. The surrounding area felt safe and accessible.

The staff were very helpful. The room was stocked well with tea and coffee. Breakfast was very good and hearty.
Marks existed on the wall. A big patch of paint was missing. The bathroom was tiny and lacked towel hanging space.
