grateful stay at a wonderful place

informal atmosphere well appointed suite underfloor heating loch earn views
i loved the informal atmosphere. the suite was well appointed. it was cozy with the heating on all night. the modern bathroom even had underfloor heating. i also enjoyed the views of loch earn from the house.
i was slightly disappointed to find our dinner table in the bar conservatory, instead of the main restaurant dining room.

the staff were very friendly. they could not do enough for the guests. claire and laura were perfect hosts, and nothing was too much trouble for them. i really felt welcome.

dinner by the roaring fireplace created a perfect setting. the food was some of the best i have tasted. breakfast in the conservatory was relaxed with a large menu that offered freshly prepared kippers and a full scottish breakfast.

our suite had unique decor. it was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. the room had everything we needed. it was also bright and spacious, which i appreciated greatly.

the bar gantry has a good selection of malts and gins available. check-out time at 11 am allowed adequate time to enjoy breakfast. it also gave us time for a walk around the loch or to the local village.

amazing getaway!

great location amazing team
i stayed for a few nights, and it reminded me of i was welcomed into someone's home. i loved the location overlooking the loch. the tasting menu with paired wines was an absolute treat i won't soon forget! the whole team worked together beautifully to. it was so cool!
i did notice that some lights were switched off as they seemed to be closing up. it was not a huge deal, but it did was nice. it was a bit awkward

The location met expectations, there are beautiful views of the loch.
The manager were not friendly at arrival. The bar felt unorganised and the service were slow. My room felt mismatched and didn't had a cosy feeling, the amount of milk were insufficient. I found the stay disappointing.
