The bathroom felt SO modern. The bed was comfortable. I slept GREAT. The bar area created a NICE ambience. The decor throughout the hotel was BEAUTIFULLY done. EVERYTHING felt upscale.
I wish there were more hours in the day to spend at the hotel. The time flew by TOO fast.

loud noise disorganized staff
the room was clean and beautifully decorated.
there was a party tent right under my window, and the noise was unbearable. it went on until late. the staff seemed disorganized. i asked a simple question, but they had to ask several other people before they could answer.

thoughtful hamper heated floors room design
i found the room beautifully designed and quite spacious. the breakfast hamper was a thoughtful touch, delivered right to the door. i appreciated the heated floors in the bathroom (perfect for november weather!).
The noise from a nearby event was noticeable in the evening.

the room was beautiful with all i could want. the bar downstairs felt very cosy and had a great atmosphere. neil, he were a wonderful host, i appreciated the breakfast pack i could take to my room.

the rooms are individually decorated. they are furnished to a very high standard. the bar and restaurant offer a great atmosphere. the staff members are friendly and helpful.
i found the room's instruction manual absent. i also noticed the air conditioning was not adjustable, an issue .
